Thank you so much for the letter. I am very well. Recently i was in Barcelona to check the nevus (as i do it every year)- everything is fine. I have -0.5 dyoptrie in the left eye, apparently. But the measure was done in the evening after one long day in front of the computer. 

In terms of dry eyes, i rarely feel the need to use drop, so i guess i am lucky from this point of view.
